I called doterra and they said this is a known problem but then said i would have to pay for shipping and replacement parts to fix it

Doterra has so many issues with these products they have a formal process to charge you for replacement parts and shipping back

It boils half a cup of water for about 10 minutes and the steam disperses the scent

Loved the diffuser and all doterra oils

Im in love with doterra products but with this diffuser they have a cero

I paid over 100 bought from doterra directly not amazon and it was the first diffuser i ever purchased

And if you are a doterra rep you can get this much cheaper than on amazon
