Ive order from company a few times hair quality is a little different every time this is my second time ordering this particular 12 in style unit and its totally different from the first one let me tell you this one looks like someone took scissors to one side to make it look like the picture however one side is now shorter and not 12 in which was totally unnecessary because even with the whole unit being 12in youre still able to get the look in the picture
