Pros
Soft fabric. Firm to sit on but not uncomfortable. It is sturdy and not saggy.
It is cute. If i use my regular sized ottoman my feet are shoulder height. A 12 foot stool pairs nicely with it. Great for a guest room or den, i think it would work fine.
Cons
This is a very reasonably priced piece & you get what you pay for but it is really uncomfortable -- both to sit wo pwon and sleep on. It's also not comfortable at all as the center divider protrudes when you are sleeping on it.
This futon is hard as a rock. Several times i have been poked by what feels like a spring trying to erupt from the futon. It only folds out to 69 inches long.

The bed portion is a little uncomfortable with the middle crease but it is a couch and bed so you have to expect that
