Pros

All threads and bolts were perfectly made. Pretty easy to assemble. Just make sure you do not tighten the screws all the way while you are putting the frame together.

This bed is a freakin' game changer in regards to space. Regarding the slats the bed is great and the kids really like it. I got a 12” mattress and definitely recommend getting a thinner mattress.

It's for his room and his gaming setup fits nicely underneath. Lots of space underneath and the design looks sleek and unobtrusive. My sister still has plenty of headspace at the top as well!

The bed itself is very sturdy and every part is labeled with a letter. The ladder is also securely attached to the frame to ensure stability and safety when climbing up and down. It is surprisingly sturdy given the height.

This is so important that the instructions say please. I mean it sways like a sky scraper!

Cons

The bed frame as a whole is not sturdy enough to support ~250 lbs as noted in product description. Ladder hurts like a b---- to step on.

It came in a box with loose scattered parts so i was nervous that i would be missing parts

The box was a little beat up but i can’t blame them

Definitely better than the 3500 loft mansions they sell to people at rooms to go kids

Honestly i dont even remember thats how little it bugs me in comparison to the happiness i gain from this bed

Instead i bought a stromberg carlson la2021460 ladder which does not hurt the feet

Comparable items at furniture store were over 500 and didnt seem that much better
