Short and crisp straight to the point. Includes very simple and easy steps which, in my opinion, if someone follows, will definitely benefit from it. Very nicely described about dopamine. Implementing some of the tips i.
Giving my time for reading this ebook was literally worth it. The book explains how overstimulated we all are. I suggest everyone should have a copy on their shelf.
Cons
The book probably beats around the bush and indirectly says the same thing again and again. The message and intent is good, but it is stretched and repetitive.

I would recommend dopamine detox for those who are not patient enough to read atomic habits as it is considerably long compared to this one
