Pros
Hood drawstring keeps down drag. The zipper works, even though the teeth are fine. Tuck the hood inside the jacket when riding - problem solved.
Fit is close to pi. While the small is quite oversized on me (female, 5'3), the adjustable waist keeps it from interfering too much with my running.
The toughest weather in austin is mid-50s with 10+mph wind (very common). It is lightweight but warm, and super comfortable to wear. Super breathable, i ride in south fl where hot and humid.
Cons
It is very flimsy for the price. And the quality is not that good. Just not worth the money and time to order and return.

When i received the jacket one of waist drawstrings wasnt attached at one end so i couldnt tighten the bottom of the jacket evenly

I think the one thing that they could do to improve this jacket is to also make the hood removeable
