Pros
The large fits me, fitted but not racer tight. Slightly looser than a standard medium. Sleeves are a perfect length with cuff.
Cons
The garment is too small for me. Bought a men's xl and received a women's xl. Not the windproof top that i wanted for rides on chilly winter mornings in southern california.

For colder weather i just add a layer underneath and it still performs like a champ
It is more like a standard outdoor baselayer with rear pockets than a cycling jersey
Nice and warm but at least two sizes too large than advertised
