I tried several things to uncurl but still have an edge that wont lay down

Item is a bit smaller and does not come uncurled to use it has a bend in a few areas that i cant make straight

I was a little worried at first when i opened it because the edges were rolling up but i put it out and it rained so i flipped it and then let tit lay in the sun and it flattened right out

Only problem is that the edges are still curled up
