When using it you have to put the lever in place then push the circle or else it doesnt lock

Obviously we dont let him do this routinely but its reassuring that he wont be able to get through the door into places that are not safe for him

Prossticking strength once installed amazingmechanism moves fully out of the way of different shaped door handles so you dont risk fouling up the installation once you realize that the curve of the handle wont go past the locking unit

There was also significant damage to the door around the handle when we removed them
