Only downside is the sides loops use to help pull up, material that scratches your other leg. Only issue is that it tends to slide a little, so i've got to readjust from time to time.

Good buy for a bummed knee. Works just as well as the one the ortho tried to see me for over 4x the price. Yes, that adds cost, but it really fits.

There is a seam that goes vertically from top to bottom in the middle of the leg in the back that is irritating the skin. It is quite uncomfortable where the cinch straps wrap- especially the thigh side strap.
