Pros

Adjustable by 3lb increments. I love that it is adjustable. I just wish there were markings on the gripper that made it easy to figure out how much tension you were adding without needing to reference the paper that includes the decoder ring.

Cons

This is falsely advertised as 200 -1200lbs of gripping resistance.
