It recharges fast. But it does the job to keep your laptop operative after the original battery stops working. Good fit & finish, takes andamp; holds charge.
Cons
This battery has a fraction of the advertised storage capacity. Once i unplug the power cord it dies immediately. Very disappointing. Do not buy.

I purchased this with some trepidation since it was difficult to know the battery model without opening up my system and other sites had compatible replacements for this part that stated explicitly not compatible with p50a

A couple times early on i had this same issue but for the last week if i unplug the adapter the laptop powers off
