Pros

The suction is amazing and the ease of cleaning is crazy good. Only con is we have self cleaning pool & it hangs up on the pop ups. The standard filter is a fine single layer nylon mesh which is good for leaves, sand, dog hair, etc.

The p-40 is a similar model and thought i would keep the old quattro for spare parts. Owning a pool pretty much demands owning a dolphin. This one is def worth the spend.

It is an amazing machine that will save countless hours of vacuuming. The operation is simple. This requires some strength and proper lifting technique.

The vac does a great job on the pool floor and i see it cleaning the waterline on occasion. Plan is to devise a drain clip on remedy to keep the vac off. The robot now works flawlessly with no issues getting stuck on the drain.

Cons

Maytronics customer service is a joke. Have been nothing but disappointed. When and if you do finally get in contact with them they want you to pay to ship it back to them. I and to contact amazon again in order to get a return approved finally.

It's now a $2,000 pile of cheap plastic. This hassle and extra costs are not worth the high price. You're better off buying cheaper models and save over $500 because they are misleading you on the features.

I live close so i dropped it off and they shipped it back within a few days
