Pros & Cons
Pros
The loose weave also makes the blanket feel more nubby. Here it is layed out on a queen size bed. My huge mattress is a beast to tuck anything under/in due to its weight.
It's warm, but the cotton keeps it from becoming too hot. We sleep with our thermostat set at 59-60 f at night. I expect it to perform well and be warm when we finally put together our new bed.
There is nothing wrong with the item; shedding is normal and will become less over time.
Cons
The blanket is sooo rough to the touch. It honestly feels like sandpaper. Promptly returned this for a refund. Much lighter than pictured.
The cal king lists as 102 x 108. The cal king size is way to short. It looks like a regular king blanket in cal king packaging.

Even though this is one of the largest cotton weave blankets that i’ve been able to find anywhere it is still too small for my king size deep pocket bed

I can tuck it in on the end but it does not go down the sides more than a few inches

I didnt notice the queen size is actually advertised as fullqueen size and measures 90x90 square so it would be perfect for a full size bed but its not long enough to tuck in at the foot of a queen bed even with a standard depth mattress

I see now that fullqueen 90x90 is a common blanket size
