The ball head is a little choppy panning maybe i just got a bad head the clamps that hold the leg segments together feel cheap and plasticy and the rubber grips on them will start to slide on the plastic

But i recently loaned it out to a friend in photo school and he somehow lost the pin and spring that is on the head which is used when you lock the camera in place

Its a very light tripod for travelingbut it wont be stable with strongly windy climate
