Initially it was very good however the zipper became partially detached from the backpack after 5 months of usage

As it is still well within the warranty period i asked them and they gave me a new backpack

Though the quality of my first backpack is not very good i think it is not happening very frequently otherwise they wouldnt have the 1 year warranty period

Although the description says it is water resistant the fabric might be but the zippers are not
