I’m 5ft 3in and they were definitely too long so after reading some comments i washed them in cold water then dried in the dryer for 30 minutes

The width stayed the same in the waist and they shrunk about 4 inches in length……perfect now

I eventually accidentally dropped some salsa on them and it scraped off easily with no residue black material so unsure about stains

I did a gentle wash and just hung it once lightly dried no ironing
