Pros

The mesh is very cool and perfect for the summer. The velcro is super-strong.

Small dogs need a halter to protect their necks from injury caused by jerking. Fits my 8lb havanese perfectly. It's a little large for my 2 pound pup, but hopefully she will grow into it soon.
