When the bed arrived the pillow was not attached correctly and had a sticky substance on it that had also rubbed off on the waterproof cover

Very nice bed unfortunately my senior dog has trouble getting up off of it because it isnt firm enough and he doesnt really use it

It is a bit difficult to get into the liners which is why i gave it only 4 stars

I bought a smaller version of this bed over 2 years ago without the head rest and it has stood up well over that time the memory foam is still holding its shape the zipper has held up amazingly well and the denim fabric has never ripped or worn through my boys arent big diggers or chewers on their beds though
