I work in the veterinary field, and obstruction/foreign bodies are something we see a lot of. I just add a few sporadic dried dog food bits into the crevices and they will knock around with their noses and use their paws.

My dog loves this toy. I tear jerky strips up and the dogs love it.

Our dog is a chewer, plushies are a total no-go, but these balls are great and durable! The rubber squeaks against their teeth, the sound of happy little chewers!
