While i told him i would take a replacement i appreciated his concern about their product quality
So far my dog and i like this product
I’ve owned the product for less than 48 hours and the fabric is starting to come apart at the seams see photos
I absolutely love this it’s decent quality i love the versatility it’s fantastic

My only suggestion for an improvement would be to integrate the bottle holder into the bag itself rather than as a separate piece
I loved my bag but unfortunately the zipper broke off a pocket and it got a tear in the side
