The only down fall is you have to charge the collar and remote at separate times unless you purchase another charging unit

Ive bought several different training collars before but they either didnt hold a charge more than a couple days the remotes were difficult to use or they just didnt work well

With other collars the remote would turn off after some time which meant that you would have to press a button first to wake it then press again to activate it

The collar itself only requires being charged once every 5ish days with little use
