With proper adjustment this fits exactly how it is supposed to fit
I believe the error that some reviewers have in fitting this on their dog is to assume that the nose piece is supposed to fit snugly
I read the reviews and there were a lot of concerns about the size being too big so i measured twice and chose the size large based on the sellers size chart and not other reviewers suggestions to order a size smaller
