The bottom of the bag isn't sealed. But they're unncessarily loud for apartment dwellers. Not loud enough.

Had nothing to do with the bells but my dogs still dont get it
Packaging/appearance
Looking forward to biodegradable packaging in anything i purchase so please consider cellulose instead of plastic
