Third ingredient in the supplement was not included in the picture or description on amazon here. The third ingredient is silicon dioxide. It was intended to relax me and did the exact opposite. It made my anxiety worse.

Obviously there is no flavor as it is a capsule that you swallow but i guess i could say i do not experience any after taste once it is in my stomach lol

I also am pretty anxiety prone and they also help make the anxiety much more manageable however dont expect this to act like a prescriptiongrade antianxiety medication
