The capsule size is similar to any supplement. I have sever gluten no tolerance, these pills cause no problem - they are gluten free.
The two in tandem seem very effective. More consistent and stronger flow. Two thumbs up.
One bottle of 120 capsules is the equivalence of a 30-day supply @ $17/month. This formula has descent quantities of all the major common ingredients. It is less expensive and more reliably available than buying locally.
