I personally rely on supplementing to keep off of all pharmaceuticals and over the counter medication and i absolutely do not want the government involved in regulating supplements – it won’t be regulating to get the bad supplements out to protect the public it will be a way for the government to make a ton of money they are the mob and they want their dues

I have to keep in mind that the bottle states not to eat protein at bedtime because then the product is not effective
