Matcha is extremely flavorful and very bright in color. Tastes smooth and feel energised after drinking. Less acidic and has far more antioxidant properties than tea bag varieties.

I use a waterproof cooking thermometre so i dont use boiling hot water as that impacts the tea and reduces the benefits
