Pros & Cons
Pros
The length seems good for the kayak that i'm securing. Fits easily through kayak scupper holes.
This lock is solid for me. Still a good good tho. Good quality, locking mechanism is solid and works easily. Was very easy to set my combo.
Cons
The chain was cut the night & bike was stolen. The coil is very tight and hard to extend. Pretty lame latch.

Weve been having issues with people trying to break into our trucks recently so i was asked to find something we could use to lock the kayaks up that wouldnt be so much of a hassle that our teams wouldnt hate using it

I considered several options but most of them would have replaced our existing ratchet straps so the teams would have to mess with it at every single job site up to 6 in a day or werent flexible enough to also help us lock down the ladder or were not meant for the kind of work environment wed subject them to
