The issue is the soreness starts as it wears off so i give it another hit when the gag reflex picks up and my throat becomes sore
Then it hits you in the bottom of the throat the gag reflex is there for a reason
When i first sprayed it in my throat it was quite a shock only because it comes shooting out into your throat
