For example in chapter 2 the author tells a story about how his fear of heights and a zip line adventure in canada led him to focus on how hed feel when he made it to the other side instead of how fearful hed be to even attempt to jump

Realistically the author isnt telling us things we dont already know such as you shouldnt fear anything but fear itself
