A small rubber gasket is taped on the stem you must carefully insert it into the valve stem otherwise it will leak

There are a number of ways one might achieve this but the straight forward way is to use a rubber tip for an air gun

This would be very fine but in the process of opening the pkg i lost the two little gaskets to keep it inflated
