I have both these as well as disc magnets in my shop, and the disc magnets are stronger.
Cons

Quality
Well made high quality magnets i use them mostly when i am making knife and tool racks
Powerful magnets and the countersinked holes makes mounting them very easy
The magnets dont appear to come out of the channels a ferrous backing increases the apparent power of the magnet as well
They are all together separated by a plastic spacer

This isnt that big a deal as it stays together because its in a sleeve and its a magnet but just be careful and only hand tighten

These are awesome super strong magnets the only issue with them is that they come shipped stuck together with nothing inbetween them so i am currently struggling with trying to take them apart so that i can actually use them
