For my installation a 40mm offset from the top edge of the door to the center of the hole for the roller worked perfectly but ymmv
Make sure the rail is level or the door will gently slide downhill on its own
I modified my door with iron arms so that it was suspended leaving the top shelf of my pantry exposed
