Pros
It tastes amazing because it soaks up whatever flavor you soak it in.
These are great with chinese food or mexican (chipotle) they are very yummy, chewy, and meaty. After they are re hydrated, they're soft and supple.
Tvp is a miracle product in my opinion. Shelf-stableness is an added bonus. I order these directly from the dixie diner's website.
It's purely astonishing. This is great. I am hooked.
Cons
I am sure its not organic soy or without gmo's which is a disgrace for a vegan product. Maybe the texture.
