Pros

Mukta vati has helped to lower my dangerously high blood pressure. These definitely help with lowering my bp. I still take my blood pressure meds so together it's better.

Mukta vati absolutely works astoundingly well. Works very well. Highly recommend this product.

Cons

Talc causes cancer if ingested or breathed in. Drier nose and clogging of the nose may be ok for some.
