I am absolutely amazed that this product has worked to reduce my blood pressure. The only side effect he gets is runny nose/phlegm.

Patanjali is a very good brand. The company has one of the best aloe vera gels on the market, which is also reasonably priced. The more expensive brand is 800 mg per pill. It smells fresher and certainly has a slightly stronger taste.

Cons

The effective ingredient in it is indian snake root and it does not list how much of it in the pills. I'm currently taking 40mg of lisinopril per day and it doesn't help at all. It's not a herb that some magical herbs would cure!

I experience shortness of breath & that scares me a bit. My eyes are itchy, watery and red like tomatoes.
