I hate paying shipping fees spoiled by amazon prime but honestly i dont mind paying them for this product to this company

As a side note amazon used to sell these directly with free shipping but no longer do so

My family ate them right out of the bag and they are a great healthy fatprotein option for little backtoschool lunches

Probably best for baking not for eating out of the bag
