Amazon. I pee'd my pants because i couldn't run to the bathroom.

Half dose seems to be very gentle but very effective for me, and also have had no light-headedness. This helps it work better, and keeps you from getting dehydrated. I noticed my flow was a bit lighter too.

This and tylenol/ibuprofen are period life savers. Just make sure to keep water with you and sip it throughout the day. Also use celtic sea salt never table salt.
