The battles are extremely fun and interesting when you face opponents later on in the game but the campaign is just walking from one fight to the next with a lot of loading screens and would have been much better if it would just play the story cutscenes and then fights

The controls take a bit of getting used to and the story mode is challenging unfortunately it doesnt come with all the characters or costumes

The first dissidia was a surprise hit from square enix on the 20th anniversary of the release of the original final fantasy
