I dont intend to use this adapter for that ultrawide monitor since it has both hdmi and displayport already

So if you have a monitor with displayport connections only and you want your hdmi game console to hook up to it it wont work

The computer i was working on had just vga and displayport outputs on it which was pretty common on their sff 700series machines
