It is suspenseful in a cozy mystery kind of way. The only drawback is that it doesn’t end.

Right at the beginning of the book an old pervert is introduced, unfortunately the author continues with the character. As another reviewer said, you also have to suspend your disbelief far too often.

It's more like it's a teenage boy's dream of what a woman would think or say or do. Nothing grand, just okay. No * and minimal cussing and no romance. Way too graphic for my taste.

The humor becomes snark. In fairness, she has some funny one-liners, but the rest is utterly ridiculous. The ending is what motivated my low rating. Lead character is sadly more a petulant child than funny.
