Pros

Strong magnet ensures it stays in place and easy to remove. It's reasonably priced and serves its purpose well. Looks great on stainless.

The magnet words are large enough you can see them very plainly. I specifically like the bright red and green colors of this one as they are the easiest to spot. This one is attractive and easy to read.

The “sliding door” glides effortlessly between the vibrant green and red sides. With the magnet on the refrigerator, everytime i get something out, i see if the dishes need to be cleaned or the dishwasher needs emptying.

Cons

The slider on it works great, until it breaks somehow and the slider slides loosely from side to side. Tried a light touch cleaning with paper towel and weiman to no avail.
