Pros
The parts are all plastic (our old one was metal), so here's hoping it will hold up. It feels a bit cheap and plastic, but so far is lasting longer than my previous metal version.
Easy to install in countertop. Installed it my self without my husband's help lol. Tube is quite long so we cut it to suit our installation. The video on the product page shows how to https://www. Amazon. Co.
Cons
Of the outer tube don’t fit together well, they are too loose. The threaded area is only 1. The dimensions listed are for the entire plastic piece, but there are not threads on the bottom half inch.

The rubber cap holding the hose to the soap jug was too large to attach firmly to the jug

They recommend you prefill the hose with water to ensure suction is primed but we found if you remove the provided cap and give it a few good pushes you can self prime the tube

It does have a lag time of about 5 seconds or so to reset

I would have to pump it 5 times and wait for it to finish pulling up the soap in the tube
