The two support for the bike are not safe they keep slipping off the seat or the handlebar had to cut them off and replace with steel hooks to hook on to the bar and the seat
Dont wast your time and money like i did find a more reputable company who manufactures a better quality equipment you dont need bike falling on your van very bad purchase it took us a full day to get it installed and immediately the system started to fall apart
