Pros

Saved $250 dollars a locksmith wanted and dealer. Took them to home depot and talked them into cutting them for me; no charge (thanks home depot) both transponder keys fit and work perfectly.

Cons

Amazon's return policy is that the seller pays for return postage on defective merchandise. It is sad when the vendor does not even honor their own published policies. Had dave kirk chevy, cadillac, gmc cut and attempt to program the keys.
