I had swollen gums puffy gums bright red and purple gums as a result not only can it destroy my soft tissue in my mouth but it can also lead to my teeth falling out a periodontal hygienist did a deep clean inside my gums and scale which cost me £300 and a visit once a month for maintenance a periodontal hygienist did a deep but at the same time i was recommend a electric oral b toothbrush
