Beautiful cover, texture and well done imagery throughout. Good read, extremely motivational with good principles to apply to everyday life. No bs motivation that every word read will make you hold yourself accountable.

It is something we all need to get stronger in mind, body and spiritually. It confirms my own experiences being now in my late sixties. It changes my mindset when i am being weak. That means you get the information faster and can apply it sooner.
