Easy to get on and my fella doesn't mind the feeling from it. Always need to strap it on them so it takes time. It has very strong clips (no velcro anywhere) and softer straps.
Cons
The material of this is really scratchy and leaves red abrasions on my twins' neck areas. Now it easily comes comes off. Not very convenient.
Even if the velcro stayed shut it's awkward to put on and take off, which you need to do every time as the leash doesn't detach. The strap around the waist is very small, it barely fits around my 23lb 18 month old.
