Won't need to buy another seat or booster. Have only used as a forward facing carseat so far. Strap pads are super comfy for kids.

Cons

It looks slim, it looks fit and great, until you try to install it into your car. It is way too heavy and extremely difficult to install/uninstall without breaking some shins.

They are coated with incredibly toxic flame retardants. These include chemicals like triphenyl phosphate, which are endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

It takes up so much room that the front seat has to be moved up all the way to the front in order for this to safely be installed rear facing. Setup depends on the child being carried in the unit.

These car seats appear to be well built and will accommodate three across in a 2018 nissan rogue

Have only used as a forward facing carseat so far

I have a 2018 ford escape and a 2014 dodge dart which both have tremendously small back seats but these fit and the bases do not touch
